Shipping conditions

Delivery within Germany and to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany and Austria:

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.90 for Germany and Austria. Our colour cards have free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

• Delivery to Switzerland: 7 CHF, free shipping from 250 CHF - we take care of import & customs clearance for you.
• Delivery to the Netherlands: €5.90, free shipping from €100
  
• Delivery to Belgium: €5.90, free shipping from €100
• Delivery to France: €7.50, free shipping from €120
  
• Delivery to other EU countries (subject to availability): 16 € flat rate

Goods shipped internationally to other countries may be subject to customs duties and VAT on import. In postal traffic, the customer is deemed to be the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due (customs duties, goods value surcharge, VAT).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, goods are usually delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 working days of dispatch, and within 5–7 working days after order confirmation for international deliveries (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For customer collection, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for pick-up and where you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
