When painting, it is always important to draw straight lines. Put the swizzle stick in place and simply paint along the straight edge. It doesn't matter if paint ends up on the stick, for example, if you want to maintain even spacing when to-stenciling, draw a mark on the stick to help you.

Do you want to remove your adhesive tape even though the varnish is already quite dry? Place a stirring stick on the edge of the adhesive tape and run a cutter knife along it. This will reliably prevent you from tearing off any paint in addition to the adhesive tape.
