This is what our customers say

Stencil Porto

With the stencil Porto, our designer has once again created a Mediterranean motif, as he did with the stencil Lisbon. For this tile pattern, he was inspired by a small bar in the beautiful old town of Porto. Because all the walls there are covered with this attractive pattern. And why shouldn't it also unfold its tasteful effect in your bathroom? Of course, the print on tiles with this stencil is just as suitable on the wall as it is on the floor. But you can also use it to create a sophisticated effect on a tiled backsplash in the kitchen.

How do I use the stencil Porto?

The best way to apply the paint is with a stencil brush. These special brushes are round and flattened at the tip. Simply order one of these brushes in our shop. Dab the paint vertically onto the stencil. Make sure that the brush does not contain too much liquid so that the paint does not run behind the stencil. By the way, you can use our stencils with all MissPompadour Paints. Depending on the surface, you can work with wall paints as well as with varnishes.

Which chalk paint suits the stencil Porto?

First you paint the tiles with the base colour, which then forms the base for painting. It is important that the base is thoroughly dry before stenciling. To keep the stencils perpendicular to the wall or tiles, it is advisable to mark vertical and horizontal lines inconspicuously with a pencil before stenciling. With stencil Porto, you can also work very well with two different colours to achieve interesting contrasts.
