Paint stairs
How it works
Tips & tricks for painting stairs
- Always remove the adhesive tape while the varnish is still wet.
- Scratches and dents in your stairs can be repaired beforehand with our filler.
- For light colour shades on real wood, pre-paint with our To Bond & Block primer to avoid stains in the new coat
- Additionally stabilise the paint on treads and handrails with To Seal after the last coat of paint.
- To be able to continue using the stairs, only paint every second step at first.
