How it works
Tips & tricks for painting panels
- Always remove the adhesive tape while the varnish is still wet.
- Scratches and dents in your wooden panels can be repaired beforehand with our filler.
- For light colour shades on real wood, pre-paint with our To Bond & Block primer to avoid stains in the new coat.
- On plastic surfaces, use our To Bond & Block primer to ensure an easily paintable surface and perfect adhesion.
Painting wooden panels: How-to
Painting wall and ceiling panels is simple:
- Clean the panelling thoroughly and wipe down with clean water.
- Mask off everything you don't want to paint.
- Stir the paint well and pour it into a paint tray.
- Apply the paint quickly and evenly. Use a brush for corners and edges, and a roller for larger areas.
- After 4-6 hours of drying time, apply the second coat.
- After 14 days, the paint will have cured and be fully durable.
