How it works

The most important things in a nutshell

Always remove the adhesive tape while the varnish is still damp.
You can repair holes and imperfections in the window frame beforehand with our filler.
On plastic window frames, use our To Bond & Block primer to ensure a good paintable surface and perfect adhesion.
For light colour shades on real wood, pre-paint with our To Bond & Block primer to avoid stains in the new coat
Ideally, also mask the seal on the window glass, as this is usually not paintable.

This makes painting window frames very easy:

Clean the window frames thoroughly and wipe with clean water.
Mask off everything that is not to be painted.
Stir the varnish well and pour it into a paint tray.
Paint the colour quickly and evenly. Prepare corners and edges with a brush. Paint surfaces with a roller.
After 4 - 6 hours drying time, apply the 2nd coat
