The Valuable Wall Paint! is part of our Just Paint collection, which consists of three product types in total – two wall paints and one multifunctional paint. When developing our extra-matte wall paint, the following points were particularly important to us:

Applying the wall paint

Thanks to its high pigment content and premium fillers, The Valuable Wall Paint! is thick enough that you don't need to spend ages covering up large areas, as the paint doesn't splatter. You can use this extra-matte wall paint to paint over existing coats of emulsion, silicate, clay, or chalk paint. Just make sure the surface is sound and has even absorption. With clay paint and other chalky old coatings, we recommend doing a quick patch test first to ensure the paint adheres well. If you are painting over silicate paint, apply a stabilising primer first. Of course, you can also use it on previously unpainted walls or wallpaper.

If you're a bit impatient when it comes to decorating, we have even more good news: this paint dries incredibly fast. It can be painted over in just 4 to 5 hours and is fully cured after 3 days.

The Valuable Wall Paint! is low-emission and preservative-free (according to VdL Directive 11). It contains the lowest possible level of VOCs. VOCs are volatile organic compounds that many conventional paints release into the air during drying and even long after.

Like all our wall paints and paints, it is water-based. This means that before it dries, it can be easily washed off your hands and painting tools with a little water.

The Valuable Wall Paint! is perfect for painting children's rooms, bedrooms, and living areas. It is highly breathable, allowing not just you, but also your walls to breathe. This is particularly important in older properties and eco-friendly builds.
