Our Fine Paintbrushes – All About the Bristles
Naturally, the bristles – the 'bristle set' – are the most crucial part of any good brush. Our brushes feature Falbex synthetic bristles. This bristle set is suitable for all types of paint, but performs particularly well with water-based paints, whether wall emulsion or lacquer. It's also ideal for glazing. The soft synthetic bristles guarantee an exceptionally high paint-holding capacity. They're so fine, in fact, that they leave no marks when applying paint. So, if you want absolutely no brush marks, this flat brush is for you. With it, you'll achieve a completely smooth, streak-free finish. The bevelled brush shape is particularly clever, as its fine tip allows you to paint beautifully, even in hard-to-reach corners and edges.
The 75mm Paintbrush – Crafted in Germany
The raw wooden handles of MissPompadour paintbrushes are crafted from beech wood. They are lightweight and sit comfortably in your hand. Incidentally, all our paintbrushes are made in Germany. You can easily clean your brushes in a bucket with a little warm water and some soap. For best results, we recommend using ‘To Clean’. Given the high quality of our paintbrushes, it's certainly worth the effort. Because if you look after your brush with this soap, you'll enjoy using it for many years to come. It really is a ‘brush for life’.
This 75mm-wide angled brush is particularly well-suited for larger surfaces. But we also offer our ‘Zum Streichen’ range in three other widths: the 25mm-wide brush is perfect for smaller pieces or for applying different colours. The 50mm brush is a true all-rounder that you can use anywhere. And of course, we also have a 100mm brush – ideal for anyone who prefers painting large surfaces over using a roller.
Shipping information: We ship in cardboard boxes in sizes XS / S / L / XL / XXL. tools and equipment are packed in Candybags. Your order is protected with paper packaging filler. The box is finished with delivery note pouches, an adhesive label and water-activated tape.
