Which wall paint is suitable for the bathroom?

Colour combinations in the bathroom
If you have to make allowances for coloured fixtures., simply choose a matching colour shade. Even outdated colour tones used for bathroom fixtures in the 70s, can suddenly look modern and deliberate with a matching contrasting colour on the wall. If your fixtures have a neutral colour, you can easily find 2 matching colour shades for the walls, floor and ceiling.
Neutral colours for a spa look
Natural, warm colour shades such as beige and brown tones are often used in bathrooms. Sand tones in combination with light browns also convey a relaxed look. Combined with white features and a light-coloured door, a neutral, cream-coloured wall can also provide enough an accent.
Modern colours in the bathroom
However, a bathroom can also be given a fresh, invigorating look with a lively colour scheme. Combine a petrol shade with a soft turquoise. Green tones can also create the perfect mood in the bathroom. Warm colours in the bathroom
A bathroom should always be a space of relaxation and well-being. With a warm colour from the range of natural tones and perhaps a few plants, you can easily create this effect. Colourful guest WCs
Guest WCs in Germany are on average only about 3 m2 in size - so which colour is suitable for a small bathroom? Basically, any colour you like will fit in a small bathroom or guest WC. Just make sure you stick to one colour family so that you don't end up with an unsettled picture and the room looks harmonious. Too many colours and unrest visually diminish any room.
Light colours are particularly suitable for a small guest WC. They make the room look larger and reflect the light. Try something new and paint your guest WC an unusual wall paint that you wouldn't normally use. Play with contrasts and set accents with decoration and details.

If you work with 2 colours, make sure that the contrast between the two colour shades is not too great in a small room. The room should be divided horizontally. Always use the darker colour for the lower part of the wall. It is advisable to paint the ceiling and the upper part of the wall in the same colour shade. Tip: You can also paint dark tiles a light colour.
How can you make a bathroom cosy?
Green plants always fit in a bathroom. But why not hang a picture or a poster in the bathroom? It is also important not to leave too many things standing around so as not to create a disturbance.
